The ICpEP State of Qatar and the Philippine Institute of Cyber Security Professionals (PICSPRO) proudly announce the creation of the PICSPRO MENA Region — a groundbreaking initiative uniting Filipino Computer Engineers, IT professionals, and cybersecurity advocates across the Middle East and North Africa.

This historic achievement was made possible through the visionary leadership of President Engr. Lenelio Opida MorgaL, PCpE, the dedication of VP for Education Engr. Reymond A. Seda May Mond, and the tireless efforts of our co-founders and partners.
