ICpEP State of Qatar Chapter Courtesy Call to the Philippine Embassy

On 22 September 2025, the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines (ICpEP) – State of Qatar Chapter, under the distinguished leadership of our Founding President, Engr. Lenelio O. Morga, PCpE, successfully conducted an official courtesy call to the Philippine Embassy in Doha. This significant visit underscored the chapter’s dedication to institutional collaboration, professional advancement, and service to the Filipino community in Qatar.

The delegation, composed of the chapter’s officers and active members, was warmly and graciously received by His Excellency Ambassador Mardomel Celo D. Melicor, together with Consul Monica Remsy S.
